All subscriptions are handled by third-party providers (Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store or process your credit card or financial details on our servers.

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and industry-standard encryption for data at rest. We implement Firestore Security Rules to ensure that your private notes are only accessible by you.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active.

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings.
• Residual Data Cleanup: Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our active production databases within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).
• Backups: Residual copies may persist in encrypted system backups until they are fully overwritten according to our standard backup rotation cycles.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Product is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
